“About thirty four years ago my thoughts shaped a line” A child is an ocean of immense possibilities and it is our noble duty to fish pearls out of them”. Naturally every child possesses unique inherent but latent talents not elsewhere found in conjecture. Its utilization needs alert parental care at home and continuous inspiration, encouragement, suitable environment, clubbed with timely reprisal of problems at school. A teacher`s responsibility is to inculcate moral values, self-realization, patience, restrain, tolerance and dutifulness in the learners under them to build their sound character besides academic enhancement, verbal excellence and personality development. This must be done consistently, as per child`s needs which always differs from a child to the other. Students must be motivated to set a goal of life, based on merits and mental inclination and not on glamour and ephermal choices. Choice of a child must not be ridiculed. Its hostilities must be weeded out by counseling. Children are tender. To them cruelty and hurting remarks are shocking. Our aim is to make them good, smart, dynamic, alert, honest, dutiful, disciplined, compassionate and caring. They need us. So do us. In such situation original thoughts and ideas (which have changed face of globe) will come forth like water from a fountain. (Efforts should be made to fuse innovative methods with classical method of learning.) Technology and audio-visual devices too, should be accommodated to bring out inner potential of students. Hence, inspiration ought to be the point of origin. Our students should be versatile and good in Mathematics, Music and Marathon. This requires our keeping in continuity Sanchetana (collective concern with empathy.)
